Terry updates us on his recent U.S. Supreme Court Hearing with Nestle and Cargill and his latest lawsuit against Nestle, Cargill, Mars, Mondelēz, Hershey, Barry Callebaut, and Olam on behalf of eight Malian children who were trafficked and forced to harvest cocoa in Cote D’Ivoire.


He also provides an update on a petition he filed with U.S. Customs and Border Protection to block the import of cocoa from Nestlé, Mars, Hershey, Barry Callebaut, Mondelez, Olam and Cargill originating from the Cote D’Ivoire.


We also hear more about his ongoing action against Apple, Tesla, Google, Dell and Microsoft under the Trafficking Victims Protection Reauthorization Act (TVRPA) for the injury and death of 16 children in mines supplying cobalt from the Democratic Republic of Congo.
